What We Do

CDC Engineering is a firm based in Fort Collins that provides professional structural engineering services in Colorado and the surrounding states.  We provide design, investigative, and construction services for commercial and residential structures. 

Our design services cover the full planning and construction life cycle from conceptual and schematic design, to construction documents, and finally through to construction services and administration.  We provide construction drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports needed for approval of building departments and officials. Our investigative and modification services include failure assessments and reports, feasibility studies, and repair solutions. Our analytical capabilities range from the simplest back-of-the-envelope calculations all the way up to the most advanced techniques such as nonlinear 3D finite element analysis and structural optimization.
